Description

The Charleston Basic just consists of the lead and follow doing their Charleston Basic Footwork in a side-by-side position, where the lead's right hand is around the follow's waist and the follow's hand is on the lead's right shoulder. Outside hands can be held in the middle, but are usually free unless preparing to transition to another move.
